White wheat and oats served as the soft base for the brew known as Fulcrum. In the whirlpool, we added Citra and Idaho-7, and Nelson, Strata, and Citra were used for the dry hopping. Fulcrum pours a stunning, intense yellow. As soon as you crack it open, fresh citrus and grass scents fill the air.
