A combination of puncheon and foeder-aged beers that have been fermented using our own house culture and flavour-infused with sweet, luscious Central Otago Black Doris plums. The finished beer has a striking ripe plum aroma, a luscious tart fruit flavour with a bright crimson colour. Bottle conditioned. Serve chilled. Pour carefully.
