Terroir is a notion that flavour is defined by a sense of place. Sheer Terroir is an experiment with the goal to identify and highlight flavour variations that climate and soil can have on hops. We’ve split and dry-hopped the same base beer with single-lot Citra hops grown in three different prolific US hop regions.

Citra Hops, grown in Idaho. Try comparing with the Oregon and Washington versions.
