A wonderfully vibrant & tropical saison, saison tropique is the melding of a 12 month barrel aged saison with fresh & pungent tropical Australian hops. The wild yeast resident in the French oak barrels provide wild pineapple & juicy characters, whilst late hoppping gives this farmhouse ale a welcomed new world twist. Old world approach, new world expression.
