North End Merchant Of The Devil Imperial Stout 750ml

This Russian imperial stout harks back over 200 years to a time before coffee and chocolate were added to beer, to a time when dark soot stained brewhouses in London produced chest thumpingly strong black beers to be exported to Czar ruled Russia to be sipped by imperialist devils. We brewed Merchant of the Devil the old way with traditional brown malt, we then vatted it in oak puncheons with an old English wild yeast before bottling it for the devils of today.

Old school Imperial Stout. Oak aged. Brewed like we are in Victorian London. Strong, warming, oaky & fruity.
