The Stout Rullquin is a mixed fermentation beer made by blending 7/8 Rulles Brune (Stout de Gaume) with a 1/8 blend of 1 year old lambic that has been aged for 8 months in oak barrels. This beer is refermented for 6 months in the bottle. Unfiltered and unpasteurised.
